This form is for California residents only. If you are not a resident of California, please review our Privacy Policy for more information regarding the personal data we collect about you and how to contact us.

In general, California residents have the following rights with respect to their personal information:

  • Right to opt-out: California residents have the right to opt-out of the "sale" and "sharing" of their personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, including through the use of an opt-out preference signal. 
  • Right to delete: California residents can request a deletion of the personal information that we have collected about them and to have such personal information deleted (without charge), subject to certain exceptions.  
  • Right to know (access): California residents have the right to request that we disclose the following to them:
    • The categories of Personal Information collected;
    • The categories of sources from which the Personal Information is collected;
    • The categories of third parties to whom we have sold, shared, or disclosed Personal Information to for a business purpose;
    • The business or commercial purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing Personal Information; and
    • A copy of the specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.
  • Right to correct: California residents have the right to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about them.
  • Right to limit use and disclosure. California residents have the right to limit the use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information, subject to certain conditions and exceptions. However, as stated in our Website Privacy Notice, we do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes that would trigger this right.
  • Right to non-discrimination: California residents have the right not to be subject to discriminatory treatment for exercising their rights under the CCPA.  

Stericycle takes your privacy very seriously. While we do not “sell” personal information in the traditional sense (i.e., for money), our use of third-party analytics and advertising cookies may be considered "selling" and "sharing" under CCPA.  Please see our Privacy Policy for additional details.

If you are a California resident and would like to submit a California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") Consumer Request, please complete and submit the web form.  This form enables you to exercise your privacy rights (where applicable), as well as direct Stericycle to refrain from selling or sharing personal information associated with you in the future, in accordance with California law.  Upon successful completion of the form, we will send a confirmation email to the email address that you provide.  For Stericycle to process your request, you will need to respond to our confirmation email.
