Stericycle’s employee resource groups (ERGs) are team member-led networks organized around a shared identity and/or interest. The ERGs play a key role in Stericycle's Diversity and Inclusion initiatives by directly supporting our efforts to recruit and retain a diverse workforce and cultivating inclusive work environments through authentic connections. Additionally, the ERGs provide opportunities for community engagement, as well as develop and lead activities that promote cultural awareness and education.
