Stericycle’s employee resource groups (ERGs) provide safe and supportive networks organized around a shared identity to 1) recruit and retain a diverse workforce, and 2) help Stericycle improve support and services to the historically marginalized. Consistent with the mission and core values of Stericycle, our ERG members are supported with career development, networking opportunities, and mentoring.
