Stay connected to your service schedule!

Beginning April 2020, your service will be scheduled 28 days prior to our drivers coming to your location. We will no longer be providing yearly calendars however we are going to provide all our valued customers with notifications of upcoming services.

After being scheduled four weeks in advance, you will receive an email notification reminder every two weeks leading up to your service, as well as a final reminder email two business days prior to pickup.

You will receive Proof of Service via email once our driver marks your service as complete. This Proof of Service will also be available on the customer portal for you.

  • You will be able to reschedule your service up to two business days prior to your scheduled service date
  • If you are serviced on a four week-frequency, you will have a standing day for service
  • If you are serviced on a frequency between 4-8 weeks, you will receive a notification 2 days before your service
  • If you are serviced on an eight+ week frequency, you will be serviced on a +/- three day window once the service date is generated, which happens 28 days prior to service
  • All dates that are requested via the Customer Portal or over the phone will be firm dates and are considered reserved. If we are unable to service on that date specified, you will be contacted in advance
