Introducing your new Shred-it invoice

Consolidating all your service information means having everything on one invoice, making it even easier to know what you are paying for.

You will still receive your invoices on your current schedule, give or take 1-2 days. You will also be able to access your invoices through our revamped Customer Portal.

All customer account numbers will be changing as well and your new account number can be found when you receive your new invoice beginning in April

Please note, some customers may receive two invoices in April:

  • One invoice received the first week in April for services completed in March – will have current invoice format and Customer Number
  • One invoice received on regular monthly billing cycle for services completed after April 1st – will have new invoice format and Customer Number.

Both invoices are valid and may be paid either through our online portal or automated phone system using the new Customer Number referenced.

Autopay Customers:

If your account is on auto pay: given the system changes that Stericycle is completing, invoices with a due date after April 1st 2020 will not be processed for payment. Please log into www.myshredit.com in April to re-enroll in auto pay via credit card or ACH. ACH is for US customers only.

During the period of April 1st 2020 until April 6th 2020, Stericycle will not be able to process single payments via our automated phone system or via myshredit.com. You can either pay this invoice by check or wait until after April 6th 2020.
