Get to know your Enhanced Customer Portal!

MyShredit.com will receive a new look and enhancements to become the one-stop-shop for all your business needs with Stericycle and Shred-it. From viewing and paying invoices, to checking service dates, as well as scheduling pickups, we are striving to make your experience as easy and convenient as possible.

If you are already registered on the MyShredit.com, watch out for an email in April containing all the information you will need to access your account. If you will be a new user, everything you need to register is contained on your invoice or proof of service dated April 2020 or later.

Access will be based on your account role, allowing you to see billing information if you are responsible for paying invoices, and/or service information if you are presently manage pick-ups. With this in mind, correct contact information is important. If you believe our records may need to be updated please reach out to us at 800-697-4733 or at shreditcare@stericycle.com

Autopay and paperless billing will be another convenient feature available in the portal that you can register for. If you are currently registered in autopay, you will have to re-register in the new portal.

With the new portal, you can:

  • Enroll in AutoPay and Paperless Billing
  • View and pay invoices
  • Check service dates, schedule pick-ups, and change your service hours
  • Retrieve your Proof of Service
  • Request additional services
  • Enjoy an updated look and feel
  • Expect the same great functionality of MyShredit.com now housed under the Stericycle banner
