Enhancements in Service Communication

Note: These features will be rolled out in phases to our Shred-it Customers starting in August through the fall months. In the meantime, you can access your service dates through our customer service line 800-697-4733.

28-Day Service Schedule:

Every regularly scheduled customer will receive a service calendar, confirming our service 28 days prior to our drivers coming to your location. This schedule will be emailed to you every two weeks. Make sure your service contact is up to date.  Please note, we will no longer provide annual service calendars. 

Portal Access:

For customers that are registered in our portal, you will be able to access the calendar and next date of service. For regularly scheduled customers, you can now reschedule service in the portal up to 48 hours before service.  

2-Day Upcoming Schedule Reminder:

Customers serviced less frequently than monthly will receive a 2-day reminder confirming their dates of service. 

Proof of Service:

Once your service is complete, a Proof of Service, currently known as Certificate of Destruction, will be automatically emailed
to you.
