As you may have heard, exciting changes are coming to you through your Shred-it Account! These changes will make it easier for you to do business with us by improving processes, increasing efficiencies and enhancing our customer service.
We want to protect your business like it's our own. That's why it is so important for us to inform you that your Auto Pay information will not be transitioned to our new system. You will need to re enroll in Auto Pay. This is the best way we can secure your payment information. We know this is important to you, and we will send several reminders to help you remember to make this update in the new myshredit.com.
ACTION: Look for your new customer number, which will be emailed to you in late July. On August 5, use your new customer number to register your account in the new customer portal, at myshredIt.com, and re enroll in Autopay.
Check your email in late July for your new customer number or call our Customer Service Line at 800-697-4733.
Once in your Myshredit.com account, click ‘enroll in Autopay’ and complete the enrollment process.
