Various Regulated Waste Disposal Services From a Single Source
Depending on your needs, your facility may require more or fewer pickups. You may also need additional waste disposal services, such as sharps disposal, pharmaceutical waste services, or hazardous waste disposal. Stericycle also provides these services.
For example, dentists, oral surgeons, and prosthodontists may need to dispose of both medical waste (from blood and saliva) and amalgam, which contains mercury, a type of hazardous waste. Infusion clinics or oncologists may require chemotherapy disposal services.
Different types of waste types need to be separated from each other, a process referred to as waste segregation. Stericycle can help your organization be compliant with your legal requirements by helping you properly segregate your waste.
