Short Term Disability
Eligible team members may receive up to 12 weeks of salary continuation for a certified disability. This coverage is provided at no cost to you.

Long Term Disability
Stericycle provides eligible team members with a Basic LTD Benefit that protects 60% of pay in the event that your disability extends beyond the 12 weeks covered by Short Term Disability. You can also purchase Supplemental Long Term Disability Insurance that would protect 66 2/3% of pay in the event your disability extended beyond the 12 weeks covered by Short Term Disability.

Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Stericycle provides a Life and AD&D Insurance benefit at no cost to eligible full-time team members. If you need more coverage than the Company provides, you have the option to purchase additional coverage for yourself and your eligible dependents.

Long Term Care
Unlike medical insurance, which generally covers only doctor visits and hospital stays, long term care insurance provides for extended supportive services in a number of settings: your own home, nursing homes, adult day care and assisted living facilities. Stericycle team members have the opportunity to develop individualized policies that best fit their needs and pay premiums to MetLife directly, so the coverage is portable.

Auto & Home Insurance
Team members can also purchase discounted coverage at attractive group rates for auto, home and other insurance from MetLife. On average, our team members have been able to save 10% on the cost of coverage.

Prepaid Legal Program
MetLife Group Legal Plan gives you unlimited access to attorneys to help you with a wide range of needs including wills and testament preparation, real estate matters, identity theft, traffic offenses, document review and so on. Stericycle team members pay a low monthly fee to gain access to this plan.

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
With this type of FSA, you can use your pre-tax contributions to pay for eligible expenses for qualified child or adult dependents.
