Retirement - 401(k) Plan & Trust
When you participate in the Stericycle 401(k) Plan, a retirement savings plan, you accumulate savings for your future and retirement years by contributing from 1% to 15% of your pay. Contributions are deducted from your pay on a pre-tax basis. Stericycle matches 50 cents for every dollar you contribute on the first 5% of pay you have saved (to a maximum match of $1,700). You are immediately vested for the full amount in your account, including Company matching contributions. 401(k) savings are invested in investments that you choose.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan
We encourage our team members to become owners of Stericycle. Eligible team members can purchase Stericycle stock at a 15% discount from the market price through payroll deduction.

Tuition Reimbursement
We recognize that educational development is important. The Company offers tuition reimbursement to eligible team members for job-related accredited college courses and training programs.
